Antonia Boomershine: You should cook lobsters until level 90. Then switch to monkfish. At level 94 you'll stop burning sharks, so cook them untill 99 if you have the money to spare. I don't feel like calculating the amount of fish, but there are a number of guides on the runescape forums and many fansites that will tell you how many to cook.
