Bethany Blocker: Put weight on your shoulders similar to squats and use a step platform. Most gyms have them around. Something 4 to 6 inches high.
Helen Zafar: play fetch with your dog
Edmund Rappley: 40 minute jump rope session
Voncile Slaubaugh: wel the best way to know is to buy a step o metre and this tells you how many steps you take and how many calories are burned and they clip on to your clothes that the best method. i walk on the treadmill prob speed walking for about 20 min and burn around 200 calories each time but that may be diff to you. it seems that the walking is helping you to loose weight anyway so keep it up :)
Filiberto Ranalli: Thank you
Doreatha Kjellsen: diet is the key to losing fat pills or no pills.if you cant lose fat with out pills u will never lose fat with them.diet pills arent a way to get around diet and exercise.

Tosha Tawney: I am now 212 pounds, Iv been walking since Aug. my starting wight was 247. I really need someone to explain how many calories I burn everyday. I walk Briskly always pushing myself for an hour. Thanks
Micah Schwarcz: It relies upon on what you're ingesting. in case you're ingesting particularly healthful meals, half-hour an afternoon could make a difference. in case you're no longer ingesting healthful, it could save you from gaining weight, yet you possibly won't lose any the two.
Glynda Darrin: 90Lbs - 100LbsId guess 94lbs
Ronnie Panas: Hi,The actual quantity of food you eat is not the issue. Food is not the enemy and it isn't the reason why you are overweight. In fact, food is the most powerful fat burning tool. The reason why you've failed to lose weight and more importantly keep it off is because you've been eating the wrong types of foods and the wrong type of calories at the wrong times of day! When I was a teen, I was slim! , I could wear whatever I want, my body looked good, even my f! ace was slim. I'm 31 now, and I get disgusted and hate it everytime I look in the mirror. I was fat, my face looked like a watermelon. God knows how sad I was since all the good and nice clothes out there didn't carry my size. Each and every time, I came home from shopping depressed, upset and I ended up hating myself even more. I'd tried low carb, low fat, extremely low calorie diets mixed with running but it never seemed to work. Whenever I would go back to eating a normal amount , I gained back the weight I had lost, and then a few pounds more. It was so discouraging! I was searching through the Internet looking for fat loss programs when I came across a web site. After reading about the program, I felt some hope that I could get back into shape. I will admit that I am skeptical about weight loss programs but this program offered a money back guarantee, which gave me the chance to try this without fear of wasting my money. I tried it and I am so thrilled that I did. I ha! ve lost 58 pounds so far since 8 weeks ago, and feel great about continuing to lose the fat and reach my goals. I'm never hungry with this program. It seems that I eat more than ever before. My advice is, you don't need to spend a fortune to reach your goal, just like i do. If you really want to change then surf the link at the source below or else you will get ripped off from online weight loss scam and stay fat forever....Show more
Joni Ziak: cool down with 20 minutes of white water rafting in the nearby tongariro river
Lawana Neemann: seated calf raises is impossible, why because you do not work your calves if your seated. try just using some weight on your ankles and a bar bell with weight on it on your shoulders and then stretch up wards on your tip toes this will work calves a lot . this exercise isolates the calves them selves not your thigh but the calves
Kenneth Thuesen: share your weight loss goals with your friends and family make it a positive l! ife change and ask for their encouragement
Esteban Lyson: im 13 y! ears old and 5ft tall. i just want viewers to guess how much i weigh so i can know if i look like what i weigh. please no negative or rude coments. thank you. and yes i know my shorts look small, i got rid of them after i took this picture :)http://www.bluemelon.com/kiwimouse778/myfirstalbum......Show more
Cherry Stampka: at your current weight you are burning 470 calories an hour to 550 calories an hour depending on your movement speed compared to when you first started at 247lbs you were burning 548 calories an hour to 650 calories and hour but its ok because your body is getting healthier and will process foods better but once you loose more weight just increase your speed or time only alittle is needed to make sure your weight lose doesnt slow down to much
Logan Bero: stand up and march during your favorite tv shows
Moira Woodrow: Diet pills are a waste of money and don't work. You already know that some of them are actually bad for you. There are no g! ood diet pills. All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet and exercise - it takes time :)
Clementina Collelo: I'm going to split my answer in two:(a) The general consensus is right - the best way to lose weight is to change your eating and activity habits. When you do that, the weight will leave. It takes time. No matter your weight, it didn't suddenly appear overnight; it won't leave that quickly either. Losing 30 lbs in 30 days is a joke; unless you plan on being bulimic, getting extremely sick, or going foodless in a desert for 3 weeks, you can't lose that much weight that quickly.Changing activity and eating patterns isn't easy - believe me, I had tried 10 times before it 'stuck' - but it works. And it isn't "dieting", because all that does is get rid of weight (which you will gain back when you stop "dieting"). By changing eating and activity patterns to something you can actually live with, you'll be fine.(b) If you are indeed hell-bent on using! 'diet pills', the only ones I would even recommend are the ones the FD! A knows about and clears - Meridia, Xenical, and Alli. Meridia and Xenical are prescription; you have to get them through a doctor, and they have to monitor you. Alli is over the counter.Do they work? Yes. A friend used Xenical and lost 20 lbs over 3 months (which is a good rate). I used Meridia and lost 25 lbs in about 2 months. Alli is similar to Xenical. What's the problems? Well, Meridia and Xenical are expensive - $130 or so bucks a month for a 30-day supply, because even though they are FDA approved, no insurance company will pay for weight loss meds (unless you are morbidly obese and if you don't lose weight you will die). Alli is a bit cheaper; $50 for a month supply, or there abouts. They ALL have side effects. Meridia has about 20 possible side effects that you might experience, some minor and some that could be serious (which is why a doctor needs to monitor you). Xenical and Alli helps your body 'reject' certain substances, which may lead to gassy discharge ("w! et pharts") or unintended...uhm...accidents (a semi-watery balve movement when you don't want one...like in the middle of a meeting).Don't want to deal with this? Stay away from weight loss medications. The other (non-FDA) stuff runs the gamut from 'doesn't work' (like that Green Tea stuff) or 'could kill you in high enough doses' (ephedra). There's millions of websites that can help with life changes if you want to eat better and exercise. I'd recommend checking them out.Good luck....Show more
Jana Sakasegawa: Never go to grocery shop when you hungry
Lino Cawthorne: Seated calf raises work fine. Just get some dumbbells and balance them on your knees and do the calf raises. Look around for some other calf raises by googling lower body workouts.
