Kalyn Proietto: You never should have let your passport expire. Foreigners are required by law to keep their passports up to date, and carry their green cards on their person at all times. You're in trouble already. Go to the nearest Ethiopian consulate and get your new passport immediately!As for Germany, the girl is a minor CHILD! You leave her alone or risk charges of statutory rape - she is what Americans call "jail bait." You cannot marry her, you cannot get into Germany to marry a child, so no fiance visa. If you are 19, you couldn't have any kind of education and credentials which would qualify you for any sort of residency, employment visa, or anything else on your own account. This is a doomed relationship at this point, unless you just want to correspond, email, etc, as frien! ds. Germany has some of the world's strictest immigration laws, following Japan & Switzerland. Libby Berkovitch: green card does NOT mean a dang thing to any country other than the US..........you will need both a passport from your own country THEN you will need a visa and a good reason to visit Germany [highly doubtful they will let you live] and banging a 16 year old is not a good enough reason.
