Will a insurance company be notified that i changed my insurance coverage?

Devon Kalberer: sounds like you reduced your coverage there...don't know where you live or what local rules/laws are about coverage...but more than likelynot since you still have a policy in place under the terms of the law... of course if you have loweredyour coverages better pray that nothing happens cuz you will come out on the short end of thestick there...not good......penny wise/pound foolish...Show more

Dick Maisenbacher: Yes. A copy of the revised policy will be sent to the lienholder. If you removed comprehensive and/or collision they will require you to add it back on (as that's part of your contract w/the lienholder). If you don't they will force place insurance and it will cost you a lot more.

Rosalva Steinmann: Auto? If you removed full coverage and took out liability coverage on your car. Yes the insurance company notifies the lien holder. What will happen is, that the lien holder will notify you that you have X amount of days to get the pr! oper insurance or they will either get insurance for you or they will Repo the car.
