Merna Fauset: They will look at credit, rental and sometimes even background. I am sure that you will be fine. You have a good rental and work history. My credit was not good when I rental my town home so I had to put down double deposit which I got back the 1st one after paying rent on time for 6 months. Good luck.
Alisa Kaleiwahea: we just went thru this!!! we had never rented before, i mean we did rent, but from my fiances grandmother, who owns apts... but we had to move out of state for his job, and the apt we are staying at now, looked at our income, which was fine, and did the b-g checks which were fine but the credit, due to mistakes my fiance made when he was younger, w/ truck notes and credit cards, the credit score was low, so we had to make an extra rent payments, which was first and last months rent... they'll accept you no matter what, if you have a good b-g check like no fellon or sex offender lol... you'll just have to pay the extra fees.. so star! t saving your money!!!! =0 ...Show more
Emerita Sciandra: I'm a landlord. I look at the "total package" when i interview a tenant. I want honest and honorable tenants who won't damage my rental. Tell everything about yourself. I think you won't have any trouble. /
